Today, stomach-wise, is a real bad day.

Breakfast: Post Maple Pecan Crunch + Quaker Oatmeal Squares in Warm Whole milk
Lunch: Kashi Go Lean cereal + Quaker Oatmeal Squares + 3 chopped dates in Silk Vanilla Almond milk
Dinner: (mentioned below)
Night snack: Half cup plain oats + Yogi Fresh Strawberry granola crunch

Terrible right? I was very bloated since I got up hence breakfast though enjoyable, was a bad choice. Lunch time, I remained bloated and made a stupid decision to eat breakfast. Greens would have been a better option.

I spent about two hours walking around town before my appointment at BodyInc, in the hope of becoming less bloated. It worked to a very small extent. I forced myself to have dinner at 540pm at BodyInc's HEALTH-T-BAR. The service was impeccable. I am definitely going back to eat again. Good service, good food. I had a Caesar salad. Badly craving for greens so I chose not to order their toast/ sandwiches :( However, the salad gave me such a pleasant surprise. It was so tasty and light.
Ingredients: Romaine lettuce, Tomato, Egg, Curry crumbs, Grated Cheese, Multi-grain toast sticks in a yogurt dressing

Typically a Caesar salad's dressing is terrible. Very fattening. But with the variation here, there was not any compromising of flavor and it was light on the tummy. Thumbs up! Not to forget the varying textures :)

The analysis provided such accurate data. I'm rather amazed. Both the TCM and Western physicians and staff were amiable and helpful. I think the trip was well-worth my money. I've learnt something new about my body and just to let you in on MORE restrictions this body has to take.

1. No/Very minimal dairy (DO YOU BELIEVE IT?!)
2. No/Very minimal yeast
3. No fruits in the evening
4. No cold foods (Bye bye salads?)

These were some of the strict dietary guidelines provided to me upon the analysis. Sometimes we think we know our bodies best, sometimes we get proven wrong. I'm just glad I know what my condition is now and where I am so I can seek to improve from here. Let me just say, honestly, my health is not in a very good place. There was been a great emphasis on weakness or in TCM terms, 'qi'. In short it is impossible to sum up a one and a half hour consultation here. I just have a lot of work to do now.

xoxo. God bless.
